The buyer may terminate the Sales Contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but is not obliged to, state the reasons for withdrawal.

The statement/form on withdrawal from the contract produces legal effects from the day it is physically delivered to the seller's address and is considered timely if sent within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. After the expiry of the 14-day period from the date of sending the withdrawal, the product cannot be returned.

The buyer is obliged, in the event of contract termination, to return the goods in their original packaging, without damage and visible signs of use, and to provide the invoice for inspection or other proof of purchase (copy of the invoice, receipt, etc.). Otherwise, the seller is not obligated to refund the received purchase price to the buyer.

Provided that the buyer returns the goods to the seller in good condition within 14 days from the date of receiving the unilateral statement of contract termination, the seller is obliged to refund the received purchase price to the buyer within the specified deadline. If the buyer fails to return the goods within the specified deadlines, the deadline for refunding the received purchase price is extended until the buyer returns the goods to the seller.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods and money, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong product.

If the buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, it is considered that the contract was not concluded, and only the obligations prescribed by law arise.

Refund of Funds

In case you are entitled to a refund, it will be returned to you in the same manner as the payment was made. If you made the payment by credit card, the money will be refunded to the card used for payment. If you received the product as a gift, the money will be refunded to the person who paid for the product.
